Comfortable shoes and at least so far have stayed warm (wool sock underneath) when the temperature was between -10/+5. However, if you stand still in freezing weather, the coldness creeps through the sole faster than with thick-soled winter shoes. I haven't used loskakeli.

The shoes are warm if you stay in motion, but if you stand on a cold surface (for example, while waiting for a bus or train), the cold quickly swells into your shoes. Of course, this can be remedied with an insole.
In the foot, the shoes are comparable to wool socks, they do not restrict the movement of the foot in any way and keep the feet warm. Based on the pictures, I was a little skeptical about the grip the sole provided, but the worry was useless the shoes aren’t slippery at all when in use.
I have worn shoes from -5 degrees to -20 degrees below zero and I have not used insoles or wool socks in my shoes myself. For myself, in the smaller frosts, the shoes were perhaps a little unnecessarily warm.

For a couple of weeks I have had time to wear the shoes and have not had any severe frosts yet, at a low of -5 degrees. The shoes have been really warm, soft and wonderful to wear in these conditions. I really like the look and are capers. These can hardly withstand water at all, and a couple of times wetter weather has wool stockings. You have to come up with other shoes for the pros
