Returns & refunds

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN FROM OUTSIDE THE EU CUSTOMS TERRITORY IS NOT POSSIBLE!

If you are a private customer you have a restricted right (within 365 days after receiving) to return your order. If you return products, they must be unused and like new, in the original packages, and all labels attached. Please don't attach tapes, address labels, etc. or write on the shoebox. Instead back the shoebox into a larger box or bag. If the shoe box is not unused we will charge additional shipping costs upon return. We will refund the price of the products within 14 days after the return has arrived to us. The shipping costs won't be refunded.

If you return the goods to our store we'll pay back by cash or card.

If you return the goods using a parcel service, remember to include your name and order number. Please don't send the package as a registered letter. We can't reclaim those. Retain the tracking number in case that the parcel gets lost in the mail.

Returns within Finland are free. If you leave the return at a postal outlet, you only need our contract number 648502.

The customer pays the return postage from the other EU customs countries. Please note that returns from outside the EU customs territory are not possible in any case.

For hygienic reasons socks and CorrectToes can't be returned or exchanged. However, if the size of the CorrectToes is incorrect, you can change them once within 30 days after you have received your order.  Please note that you need to pay the shipping cost for the new pair.

Product failures

If you notice a failure of the product, please inform us via email. It would be helpful if you could send a picture of the whole product/both shoes and pictures of the possible fault.  Note that we handle each situation individually. Please contact us as soon as possible, continuing to use a faulty product may lead to damages that we cannot help with.
