I'm very satisfied. The workmanship is good and the shoes are really wonderfully wide. Just right for wide feet. They are true to size. Based on the other comments here, I initially ordered a size larger, but they were too big. Now ordered according to the size table, they fit exactly.

They are good shoes, but the sizing chart is completely off. Now I need to return them.

Lovely festive ballerinas. The size chart is not correct, it corresponds to a number smaller, i.e. I bought a size 42 for a 25.8 cm foot, which was just fine. The attachment point of the second shoe strap on the heel when new still rubs a little with tights, but fine with a normal sock. Throwing in new credit party shoes.

It's an absolutely beautiful shoe, perfect for work and events. It doesn't look as "barefoot" as other shoes because of the ankle straps and the ballerina shape. My feet are 25.8cm long, 9.9cm wide. I ordered the 41 wide. The inner length is listed as 27cm so I was worried it would be too long. It is actually a little short! I wish I had ordered the 42 wide. I'm hoping the leather will stretch out with time and give me a few extra mm. I'm not sure how Shapen is measuring their shoes because I have other shoes that are listed as 26.8cm in length and they are much longer. Ordering from Natural Movement was a good experience as well!
