With the experience of a few times of use, they seem like really good shoes. Soft, flexible and good grip. Size 38.5 perfect for a 23 cm foot. The shoe has plenty of height, but with the laces you can also fit a lower foot.

I feel great in my new Xero's. Warm, comfortable and with a good grip when I train in the woods this winter. The only thing I would like to develop are the shoelaces, they go up all the time if I tie as usual. A more flexible shoelace, the shoe is perfect.
