Clean the shoes with lukewarm water. Use mild detergent and a soft brush or sponge. If the shoes are really dirty, they can also be machine washed at 30 degrees with a delicate wash program. Use a mild detergent, do not use fabric softener. We advise not to machine wash the shoes regularly, only when it's really needed.

Boatilus sandals and boots are thought out and designed to be 100% recyclable made from BoAtigum®, exclusive Italian high quality material. The shoes have been treated with natural lemon zest, a food-grade essence made from real lemon peels, which has antimicrobial properties and helps prevent unwanted odors. The scent gradually fades with use.

Please note: The materials and stitchings of the shoes will wear out and eventually break if the shoes are used in activities such as balance biking, football etc, or if kicked/rubbed against the ground repeatedly. Especially dyed leather and synthetic leather will quickly become scratched and look worn if it rubs against the ground.

Always make sure the shoes are proper fit before wearing them. Shoes that are used outdoors can't be returned.
