I only use quick straps these days, really handy! Rubber bands wear out a bit faster than regular bands, but I still recommend it. These were so long that one lace was enough for both of my shoes and the other lace was left in the box waiting for the laces to be changed (in about 2 years, I guess).

The straps work relatively well, though with one hand the straps are a little tricky to open. Goes well with both hands.

The locks are so stiff that I can't get them easily printed myself that I could loosen the shoelaces a bit. I ordered several pairs of shoes for the children but will not be used.

A little awkward to adjust to the right kind and the plastic part at the ends of the straps easily detaches when tightened, but when you make the knot itself with which to tighten, it works well!
