Nice soft and warm odor eater. The upper is made of soft fleece fabric, with plenty of activated carbon in between and underneath a layer of natural latex that holds the insole firmly in place.

You can cut the insoles to fit your own shoes. The easiest way to do this is to use the shoe's own insole as a formula. If not, you can make a pattern out of the paper and fit it into the shoe before cutting the insole. Please note that because barefoot shoes are wider than regular shoes, the width of the insole in the largest size numbers is slightly less than. However, this usually does not hurt to use.
