Product description

The Plus12 is the first precise measuring device for both shoes and feet - independent of brand and shoe size. Just one Plus12 measuring device is enough for the whole family. It will measure from UK Infant size 2 up to UK Adult size 12 (EU 18 - 45).

Instructions:

Place Plus12 by the side of the foot, so that the red arrow is a bit longer than the big toe. Then stand your child barefoot or in close-fitting socks on the Plus12.
Step off and now you have the correct inner length for the shoe, including 12 mm extra for proper fitting.
Insert the Plus12 into the shoe until the red arrow touches the point of the shoe. If you have a problem when putting the instrument into the shoe (the red arrow does not reach the end of the toe area) it means that the toecap of the shoe is too low and the shoes are not healthy to wear.
If the Plus12 foot measurement is the same as the shoe measurement, then the shoe fits, and allows the necessary 12 mm of extra space inside. For children the measurement can be max. 5 mm more than the measurement of the foot, and for adults it can be max. 2 mm less.

I recommend all parents to get this because the inside dimensions of the shoes vary a lot even in the same “size”. The measure makes it easy to make sure the child is not wearing too small shoes.

The Plus12 shoe size should be standard on every home. Reliable and easy to use shoe size. Note that the measure sometimes needs to be pressed quite hard to get a realistic reading of the inside size of the shoe.
