Shock-absorbing gel insole under the heel. Effectively absorbs shocks when moving on hard surfaces. Raises the heel a little, so it also relieves the symptoms of plantar fasciitis and in stress and pain conditions of the Achilles tendon. The insoles can be washed in lukewarm water with dishwashing liquid.

NOTE: Always use heel insoles in both shoes.
